01What this page is
Most customers use Reqursor under our Terms of Service, together with the other documents listed in our legal documents. Those documents are public.
Some companies need more than that, for example because their own procurement or legal team requires a signed contract. For them we can agree a Software License Agreement. This page explains when that makes sense and how to ask. It is not the agreement itself, and the agreement is not published.
02When to ask
Ask if your company cannot use Reqursor under standard online terms and needs a contract that both sides sign. If the standard terms are enough for you, you do not need to do anything.
You can ask whether you use Reqursor hosted by us with Reqursor Credits or installed on your own server. For the online store part, in early access, by invitation, say in your request that this is what it is about, and we will tell you what applies.
03How to ask
Use the contact form and choose the topic that fits, or email [email protected]. Tell us who your company is, how you use or plan to use Reqursor, and what your legal team needs the agreement to cover.
We reply to your request. A signed agreement exists only once both sides have agreed its text and signed it. We do not promise a particular wording or turnaround in advance.
04How it fits with our other documents
If you and we sign a separate Software License Agreement, its terms come first where they conflict with the Terms of Service.
The Data Processing Agreement is the exception. On the processing of personal data on your behalf, it comes first, including over a Software License Agreement.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and does not change any of these terms.
05Changes to this page
We may update this page when our process changes. The latest version is always published here.
